Around 2000,\u00a0I spent a long time drawing the hands of Christ crucified.<\/p>\n

These once\u00a0extremely powerful images had lost much of their potency due to\u00a0changing culture.<\/p>\n

To bring life to the subject, I\u00a0cut off his hands and threw them on a table.<\/p>\n
